If you delete a repository space and register it again, still 'remember' downloaded images.

If you register again a repository space, it should allow to download any image, no matter if it was downloaded before or not.

As a rule of thumb, do not try to take decissions in the name of the user. May be the user wants to overwrite an existing image (or not).

If an image with the same username and password exists, follow this procedure:

1) Allow the user to check the image.
2) If the user checks it, inform the user that downloading this image will overwrite an exisiting image in the repository, and ask the user to confirm that he wants to overwrite, or not. If he says so, then confirm the check, otherwise simply not check it.

this one is very similar to ABICLOUD-66 (very tempted to close as duplicated).

it can be easy resolved on the client, by now theres is a restriction to do not allow to download an image if its state is download, but if these restriction disappears the behavior will be what you expect (i guess)

do you think these client fix will be enough ???

I do not understand the sentence about the username and password ¿

Yes, probably we have to remove the download constraint and add a confirmation message.

OVFPackages can be redownloaded again, except those that are inside the "upload" repository space
