When abiCloud deploys an a virtualimage, rimp fails if the disk exists. Maybe, RIMP should overwritte the disk

Rimp try to avoid unnecessary copies, and a DEBUG message is shown if the destination file already exist, now this check is deactivated for copies from the local repository (cached images on the node) to destination repository.
