In order to avoid differents problems in the platform startup. I propose a procediment that should be implemented on AM (In the future in more components).
1º Realize checks ...
On AM --> Check the read/write on repository folder
Check inf repo folder exists
2º If something happens on this check... sends the information (using the eventing system) and register on tracer Like critical error on APPLIANCE_MANAGER
3º When user enter into appliance library functionality.... a user friendly message with "There are problems with the repository, please, contact with your sys admin"
