I can't reproduce this error... Maybe you didn't wait the 30 seconds flex refresh.

The hypervisor restarted the virtual machine. The time it took to stop and restart the virtual machine it was longer than 30 seconds, so 100% sure there was a problem.

The system lost events under stress. It seems that the connection drops events when having heavy load.
