Description

Steps to Reproduce
-Enter as sysadmin
-go to configuration -> Heartbeating
-turn on the heartbeating and look at last heartbeat entry
-look at the Virtual Cores fields

Expected Results
-Virtual Cores = this is the virtual cores number REALS.
For example, we have 10 physical machine with 2 CPU with 4 cores/CPU -> virtual cores = 80
-Modify the literal since these are not Virtual Cores, these are "Real Cores"

Real Results
-Virtual Cores = 0, this does not exist in database

Actually this is not a bug. The virtual cores used are stored in the database as cpuUsed in the physical machine. The query that collects this data is fine and I can see results in the page.

I'm attaching a screenshot to verify it works

In this screenshot, the row shown is Virtual Cores used.
There are 3 information about virtual cores:
-virtual cores used
-virtual cores allocated
-virtual cores
This last one should be defined.

I've also added total_virtual_memory and total_volume_space to those fields.

It requires changes into the heartbeat database as well as the kinton database.

This is still failing

1) Change label "Virtual Cores" with "Real CPUs"

2) On screen we are showing 0 for this value. On DB it's with the right value. Assure that you are not using another value or the server it's not sending the correct value

Regards

Please check why values are retrieved with NULL values

1) ok
2) Real cpu (total virtual cores in BD) still is 0

Reopened on 1.7.6 master.
