Steps to Reproduce
-enter as sysadmin
-go to virtual datacenters
-select a virtual datacenter -> virtual appliance
-deploy a VM OR power on/off
-clic on refresh during the process
Actual Results
-Now the refresh button force updating the virtual machine state in DB with VM state in hypervisor. This is ok, but user have to wait the page refreshing to see it. In the same time, the virtual machine state in client should be updated with the one in database.
